Hi Yuma,

I like Julie (and the Chiara Italian voice), but you could try Louise (in the 
Canadian French Infovox/iVox voice pack). Go back to the download page:

http://www.assistiveware.com/voicedownload.php

 and use item chooser to find "Canadian French". Then VO-Right to the download 
link.  Or, you can try the Cepstral demos:

http://cepstral.com/demos/

Choose the language/voice (Isabelle or Jean-Pierre) from the pop up and type 
some text into the box, then press the "Say It" button.
