You can just hit option-command-b to bring up all your bookmarks (an application shortcut, not VO specific). From there you can go through the left nav to pick either the bookmarks bar or menu. After that navigate right and down to the list of boomarks, interact with that and find the bookmark you want to delete and hit the delete key.
