Hi Hank,

Install Thunderbird on your PC or the Windows side of your Mac, import  
the mail into that, then import from there into Mail. There's a  
detailed discussion of how to do this in David Pogue's book, Switching  
to the Mac, the Missing Manual: Leopard Edition. If you're a Bookshare  
member, you can download this excellent book from them.
