You know there are several such suits floating around targeting anyone and everyone. My feeling is some states allow such suits where you fling as much fecal matter around and see what sticks. Now you know why the court can't get anything done and can't render sensible decisions at times. :) The economic environment seems to be bringing the clowns out of the woodwork.
