I'm also a totally blind iPhone user. It works great, and is far more accessible and efficient than MobileSpeak with Windows Mobile, which I used previously. I recommend joining the VIPhone list at the below link if you want a really good idea of how access is for the totally blind. There are a lot of us using it.
