Hey Rustle there is a version called navigon lite that works with the IPhone for North America.
I tried it out for a little while to see what if offered. For our North American version there's no gps coverage yet. So if you wanted to use it for routes while you're actually walking and outside it won't work. But if you wanted to plan a trip and get directions before you left it does that very well.
