There's at least one fix the new version needs. I ran into the problem while trying to change my mobileme billing information and so did accessibil...@apple.com. Seems it's possible to get onto the sidebar with item chooser and even highlight change my billing information but that's as far as anyone can go who is using VoiceOver.
