You need to import the pst fie into your outlook or if you don't have
outlook then try from the origional machine saving the file as a CSV rather
than a pST file. A CSV can be viewed in xcel or even a text editor.

Subject: outlook pst, how to view in os x

Hello,
Anybody know how to view a pst file from outlook 2003 in os x without
installing outlook on another pc and exporting from there? In other words,
using only mac utilities and apps?
Thanks in advance.
