The psystar case is an interesting one. From what I can tell, apple only took them to caught after they modified one of the built in update scripts in leopard. Several people who have looked at the case in detail are sure that they are there for sooing them for ultering there operating system and not installing it on non apple hardware; there is a difference.
It is quite lightly that apple will release a netbook yes, but will it be in the netbook price range?
