Hey there Tiffany and others.

Tiffany, you said in a couple of posts back, that when deleting
iJournal, you reinstalled it, and it still remembered the user name
and information you had oringally stored.

Try deleting the information from the following locations, and then
reinstall it. If you have already done so, I apologize for this in
advance.

Deletion of Components

Delete the aplication from the applications folder.

Next, go to your Macintosh HD from finder and go to the following
areas. Within this folder, head over to the library folder. Delete
anything related to iJournal from the following locations.
Application Support, Caches, Preference Panes, Preferences, and
Receipts, should there be anything in that folder too. If there is a
iJournal folder ithin this directory, delete it as well.

Afterwards, go back one directory, and go to your users folder.
Select your user within that folder, and go to library here. Once in
library, go to the folders I mentioned above, with the exception of
receipts, since it is not in that particular location. Delete anything
relate to iJournal within these folders, as well as any file or folder
related to iJournal if there is one within the user you slected.

lastly, to get rid of your information, do the following.
Within the finder window, press Command + Shift + U to go to your
Utilities folder automatically. Here, go to Key Chain Access. After
your in Key Chain Access, do the following. Press tab, and you will
hear a table, just use your arrow keys, and make sure you on Ligin.
Tab over and you will hear catagories, which is another table. Here,
just use your arrows, and get to passwords. Next, tab over and you
will hear show and hide all key chains. Tab over again, and you will
hear VO announce table. Within this table, just use your arrows once
again, and look for anything related to iJournal. These are all the
passwrds you have stored in your mac, so take note of this area in
case you want to delete them again.

Use your context menu once you find the password you want to delete,
and choose delete. Just make sure you delete any item related to
iJournal, or the particular journal you are deleting information from,
should it be there.

Afterwards, you can quit out of Key Cahin Access, close out whatever
windows you may have open, and within finder, go to Secure Emtpy Trash.

Reinstall iJournal, and see if this fixes.

Again, if you have tried all this already, then I apologize.

Please take care.
