No, firefox is unfortunately not accessible at this current time . Hopefully, developers are working to make it accessible. A friend of mine that attended the CSUN conference this year, and who is on this list as well, I believe spoke with somebody involved with the development of firefox,and they said that they are definitely looking at its accessibility on the mac side.
