Believe me, I checked that, even though I hadn't changed it. This is  
an issue in iTunes 8.1, and only in iTunes 8.1. It's not a cursor  
tracking setting that got turned off, but Voiceover not being notified  
for some reason about most keyboard focus changes, almost as though  
iTunes 8.1 is forgetting to notify the system of the focus change  
somehow.
