I'm not sure I use webkit and I can say that the same problem exists  
and is being carried from version to version.  It is as if when there  
is a help atribute associated with the link VO forgoes reading the  
link itself to read the help atribute.  Interacting with the link text  
allows you to read what the actual link says, but that sure is  
annoying at any rate.

Do you sppose they even know about thiS?
