Hi Kelly,

You wil need to download a program called Sharpkeys I think the
website for this is www.randyrants.com

After installing it go in to the program and you will see two lists,
the first is a list of keys you would like to change in your case
choose the numpad insert key, then tab two or three times and you'll
find another list and this where you decide which key you would like
the insert numpad to become.

In my case I picked the right option key on my Macbook 13 ins model.
Tab to okay and then tab to right to registery and restart Windows.

That should do the trick. If not let me know.
