Good evening all,
Just recently I had my iTunes library become corrupted and I was forced to
rebuild it. Thank goodness for backups. Anyway, I was adding music to my
library from my 500GB drive and everything seemed to go ok until it was time to
find album artwork. At this point, I noticed that my mac would randomly pop up
a dialog telling me that my device had been improperly put away, which would
mean that somehow my USB malfunctioned. I also noticed that sometimes my mac
would make a noise from the DVD drive spinning, which made me think that my
machine was restarting every time this would occur. Any ideas would be much
appreciated. I really don't want to have to reformat my system if I don't have
to.

Best Regards:
David Wright
