That'd probably be the best. It might take a bit of extra effort to add the recipient's address and delete the list address but it's doable. I am doing it with this message. Since David sent the original reply he should not receive a second from me. :)
All I had to do is go to the *to* field and type m a c v i without the spaces and now I will pres command shift d to send.
