Zon, the Zig package manager: please add this to the Zig port (for arm64)

Hi;

  I'm having trouble using Zig when an external package is needed.

  I've heard that "Zon" is the new Zig package manager.

  Unfortunately, I don't see "Zon" as a MacPorts port.

  Unfortunately, I don't see "Zon" as a binary installed from the Zig port.

  Unfortunately, the help I was able to find states that I should install a
x86-64 Zon binary (from Zig web site?) don't seem to find it there.

  I will look on Github to see what I can find.
