Failed to build fswatch, when building clamav-server

I getting following errors, when building clamp-server:Error: Failed to build 
fswatch: command execution failed

 for details.

It is on macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6
MacPorts-2.10.5-10.13-HighSierra
Xcode Version 10.1 (10B61)

I couldn’t find anything with google, should I open a ticket?
