It takes at least an hour or two for the build system to mirror a distfile, longer if the build system is busy building other things. Just wait and try again later. This doesn't need to be reported unless a file has not been mirrored for a very long time after an update was committed. The openssl 3.4.1 file is on the mirrors now.
