gv: dyld[77356]: symbol not found in flat namespace '_yylex'

Hi;

  I'm on a Mac, Ventura 13.21, M1 chip

Running gv fails with dyld[77356]: symbol not found in flat namespace '_yylex'.

  What more information (beyond what is provided below) is needed to
fix this issue?
