Sorry for the garbled version of this that just got away from me. I tried to install it with the error message:
Error: Failed to install mplayer-devel: no destroot found at: /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_multimedia_mplayer-devel/mplayer-devel/work/destroot I have no experience with "devel" versions, is there something I need to do differently?
