In https://github.com/tpoechtrager/osxcross/issues/50  it is suggested that to 
link against the 10.4 SDK with PPC you need to use Tiger's linker. Well down 
the page.

I haven't tried that myself as yet.

There's lots of further good PPC lore there too....
