Thanks for letting us know. I updated the port to 4.6.patch6 on 2013-08-31; Looks like the developers stealth-updated the tarball the next day. The only change between the old and new tarballs is that “-Wno-unused-but-set-variable” was removed from the CFLAGS in the configure script.
