a "build from source" directory. Probably "clean"ed?
How should I proceed from here?
sudo port -f uninstall php5
sudo port install php5 +mysql5
Then if necessary:
sudo port -ncuf upgrade php5-gtk
To learn what variants a port has:
port info php5
port variants php5
