You need to get bzip2-1.0.4.tar.gz from somewhere else, and move it to
the distfiles directory for bzip2.
FreeBSD FTP server is usually a good bet:
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/distfiles/bzip2-1.0.4.tar.gz

PS. And if the outage of bzip.org keeps up, a copy needs to be moved to
the macports.org server as well.
