I’ve fixed the port calendar-contacts-server to address several broken items:
Apple’s (long archived) bash+python27 build of ccs-calendarserver, migration to
the most recent version of PostgreSQL, and deprecation of Apple's now
unsupported APNS certificates.

This port build and runs perfectly; I’ve been using it ever since Apple
discontinued macOS Server. But the CI fails to build the port because of
necessary hardcoded pypi downloads used by Apple’s upstream bash/python install
scripts—the ones that Apple used to deploy Calendar and Contacts Server
services within macOS Server. These scripts create a python venv that is used
to run these services by downloading very specific python package versions from
pypi. Many of these very old python requirements are not compatible with the
“latest” py27 versions provided by MacPorts.

Would someone please merge these necessary fixes and updates to
calendar-contacts-server?
