That's the default so you should omit this line.

Per guide.macports.org:

Do not wrap values in quotes if passing arguments to the daemon; “executable” 
StartupItem elements must be tagged individually so the spaces between 
arguments serve as delimiters for “string” tags.

We usually put these inside ${prefix} but since you're using an executable not 
a script you don't need a pidfile at all.
