2023 and the associated email address is bouncing. Most of these ports
are for JDK versions that have already reached end of life, but there
are also Long Term Support releases in the list (8, 11 and 17).
Shall I create a pull request to remove @usersxx as the maintainer of
these ports? I may want to adopt some myself.

Please file a Port Abandoned ticket as per the procedure:
<https://guide.macports.org/chunked/project.update-policies.html#project.update-policies.abandonment>
The PR to remove the current maintainer and optionally add a new one
would then close that ticket.
