PRs for new ports that depend on new ports

I’m hoping to possibly submit a portfile for morshutalk that I got working the 
other day. This would require submitting additional new ports which are 
required as dependencies.
What is the proper way to do this? Is it one PR per port, or a single PR with 
multiple commits, or are they all squashed together?
