I’m recently hitting a ton of configure/build failures on an M1. This is,
perhaps coincidentally, after an update to MacPorts 2.7.2. E.g. error on
sqlite3:

> configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables

Is anyone else seeing this? To the best of my knowledge I haven’t changed any
compiler configuration, there’s no `port select` change for clang, and I’ve
reset xcode-select:

> xcode-select -p
> /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer

Versions:
> sh -c 'printf "%s\n" "macOS `sw_vers -productVersion` `sw_vers -buildVersion`
> `uname -m`" "`xcodebuild -version|awk '\''NR==1{x=$0}END{print x"
> "$NF}'\''`"'|tee /dev/tty|pbcopy
