Ah, yes I do. I've now tried both a fresh Neon.3 Java EE package and a fresh Neon.3 Java package (with m2e-wtp 1.3.1) and don't get the warnings there. However, in a Neon.3 installation with IBM WDT 17.0.1000 I do get it.
