I see the very same thing in RAD (not too suprisingly). My assumption has
been that there is something with the WAS integration that does not play
well with having the files under the build directory, even if that would be
the right place by the "Maven way".
Not sure if "Non recommended Maven value" should be read as what IBM
recommends or what Apache Maven recommends.
