Please define "it". I have no idea of what the command line equivalent
is of whatever Eclipse is doing during its automatic build.

reattempted until the update interval of nexus has elapsed or
updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer artifact
org.apache.maven:maven-plugin-api:jar:2.0.9 from/to nexus
