We include your Maven Profile plugin by default in our internal eclipse distribution.
This is not a JBoss Tools based IDE. It is eclipse+m2e+maven profile and a few other plugins. We specifically added it to simplify profile selection for our users. This distro has about 100 users. Can you count that?
