Running Maven > Update project should be enough to kick the m2e-wtp
configurator(s).
If it doesn't work look under <workspace>/.metadata/.log for suspicious
messages.

You can try to delete your project from the workspace (not physically),
then remove .settings/, .classpath and .project and reimport as a Maven
project.

You can also try to reproduce what's shown in the video on m2e-wtp's
homepage. Compare that project and yours, see what's different.
