I prefer this maven plugin version:
<groupId>org.jvnet.jaxb2.maven2</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-jaxb2-plugin</artifactId>
<version>0.8.1</version>
because they've got the lifecycle mapping included in the maven plugin. So
you don't need an extra m2e connector.
