One more time when Igor's P2 Browser [1] comes to the rescue: org.eclipse.egit.feature.group feature should be installed before the m2e-egit handler from http://download.eclipse.org/releases/juno (it refers http://download.eclipse.org/releases/juno/201206270900 which contains bundle org.eclipse.egit.core version 2.0.0.201206130900-r provided by org.eclipse.egit.feature.group version 2.0.0.201206130900-r feature) or enable checkbox 'Contact all update sites during install to find required software' in the Install dialog (if you've enabled http://download.eclipse.org/releases/juno P2 repo already).
