m2e 1.2 has not been released as a milestone yet (contrary to what
http://www.eclipse.org/m2e/download/ says).

Either use m2e 1.1 from
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/releases/
or the latest 1.2 CI build from
https://repository.sonatype.org/content/repositories/forge-sites/m2e/1.2.0/N/LATEST/
