So...now I found this (which might be another way you could get the
manual - cheaper than the other one):

Note the model name: "Akashi DPU-40" - but the box mentions "Seiko
Instruments"...interesting, huh?
I sent the seller a similar request as the one before; maybe they might
be forthcoming with a copy of the manual, dunno.
Honestly, if I were employed right now, I'd probably pitch a $50 over on
the buy-it-now for this one, just to get a manual for ya.
