My e-mail client is being really difficult at the moment, and is not allowing me to reply directly in the e-mail chain, so I had to start a new one.
I just wanted to say, that I recently contacted Jeff Birt personally, and he will be my first choice, if shipping to him will not be too much. If it is, then I will go with Ken, as I am in Niagara area Canada, and Ken states he is near DC, which is much closer than the mid west.
