I would try heating the area, from the rear with a hair dryer. This should soften the glue enough to allow popping it out. For a bit more protection of the plastic you could cover the exposed part of the window with painter’s tape. The idea is to get it warm, maybe 30C~40C but not so hot as to cause distortion.
