None of the theorem modules include a Solution environment. If you want
to add one, then
you will have either to create a module for it, or just include it under
Local Layout. You can
just copy the Problem environment from whichever module you are using
(theorems.inc,
theorems-ams.inc, etc) and make the obvious changes.
