Dear all, A friend of mine fails to install LyX 2.0.6 on Windows 7 using the bundle installer. The installer complains about not being able to open a given file (basic-miktex-2.9.4813.exe) with 'write' permissions.
Other than a hard-drive failure, I'm quite lost on what's going wrong. Any ideas?
