Dear all, I would like to know how can I add different authors for each chapter in a collective Tufte-book using Lyx. Is it even possible?
I would also like to know why the chapter's title/sections are not used in the headers. Should I activate something? I am using a plain tufte-book document, with Lyx 2.0.6, and TexLive 2012 under Windows. Thanks in advance. Best regards.
