Hello,

I recently decided to use LyX to write my thesis, and everything was going
just fine until yesterday. I woke up, turned on my computer, and LyX no
longer recognizes the graphic files (eps) that were produced by Stata. I
tried to change it to pdf and other types, but nothing worked. LyX still
reads other graphic files (jpg, bmp) just fine. As I said, these files
showed up nicely the day before yesterday, so I am very puzzled as for what
happened to my computer overnight.

On LyX GUI, it says "Error converting to loadable format." When I click
"view", an error message shows up "An error occured while running: epstopdf
-- outfile = "[some path, I assume to my eps file]""

If it was a pdf file, the error message is pdfTeX Error.

I looked for solutions online, but haven't found anything that works. I
also uninstalled everything (MikTeX, GhostScript, LyX), and then
reinstalled them, but still, the same error occurs. I am running LyX 2.0.6
on Windows 7.

I would really appreciate it if anybody could help me with this issue.
Thank you very much.
