I was not sure what Elements are, so I kept them :) And for good
measure I put a separator there, just in case...
Elements are for DocBook, I believe.
Steve, you can copy the stdmenus.inc file into your local LyX user
directory, e.g., to
~/.lyx/ui/stdmenus.inc
LyX will then use your local version, and you do not have to modify the
system version.
