Thanks, for your advise. After looking at the process, I thought I
should attempt writing adding a more throughout support for thmtools.
In order to do that, I need to redefine the "Numbered by *" modules,
to pass the correct options to thmtools if it's in use.
Is there an easy way to check if a module is loaded? It would help me
add code to detect thmtools in those modules.
Not directly, though you can check if a particular style is defined,
using the IfStyle directive. Not sure if that will help in this case.
Checking for particular modules is, in any case, fragile, since people
can always write their own, or modify existing ones, etc.
