Its not for any specific character. Every conjucts and marks are split and displayed with a dotted circle in front. The full text displayed in the LyX editor is having the problem. You can see in the right, Texmaker displays the same text without any problem. Even the LyX source view displays the same without this problem. This problem is not depended on the Screen font set in the LyX preferences. In the screenshot, you can see the Latex source window of LyX shows the correct display of the first line of the editor window.
