Not actually - this concerns \url and not \href. I attach the reworked example, 
which uses
\breakurl and \sloppy \fussy to "force" linebreaks, which works as expected for 
the \url.

But with \href it doesn't work. I can put the url in the description of \href 
and manually include
a space where it should break, but this not as flexible as I would like it to 
be.
