I have been using Lyx now happily for the last several months, but I recently found a need to do a "Tools->Reconfigure". I do not see this option under Tools. I cannot find a URL with Google that explains why this is missing, nor did I see this mentioned in the user manuals. Can someone point out the obvious to me?
